| 魚肚 | Fish Belly | 1 |
| 雞 | Chicken | 1/2 |
| 杞子 | Woldberries | 10 pieces |

| 豉油 | Soy sauce | 2TBSP |
| 紹興酒 | Wine | 1TBSP |
| 糖 | Sugar | 1/2 TBSP |
| 胡椒粉 | Pepper | 1/2 tsp |
| 栗粉 | Corn Starch | 1/2 TBSP |
Method
。煲滾水,離火
。放入蔥,薑,魚肚浸10分鐘
。用調味料醃雞
。魚肚切成細塊
。在籠仔放上蒸籠紙(可用牛油紙),放入魚肚,雞,最後放上杞子
。在鑊中放水,滾後放入籠仔,蓋上鑊蓋中大火蒸15分鐘
完成!
